How do I measure my hand for gloves?
Measure your dominant hand with a tape measure around the knuckles, excluding the thumb. Keep your hand half-bent and the tape snug but not stretched. The circumference in centimetres gives you your size: 21 cm is a size 7.5, 23 cm is a size 8.5.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, write to us before ordering — we will advise, and if neither size is right we can make the pair to your measurements.
Should leather gloves feel tight at first?
Slightly snug, yes — but never uncomfortable. Leather gloves relax a little with wear and take on the shape of your hand. If you cannot close your hand comfortably, the glove is too small. If there is loose material at the fingertips, it is too large.
Do leather gloves stretch over time?
They give a little, particularly deerskin and peccary, and they mould to your hand. They do not stretch a full size. Buy the size that fits now rather than one you hope to grow into.
What if I am between sizes, or my hands are different sizes?
Tell us. We make gloves to individual measurements at no complication to you, including pairs where the left and right hand differ.
Shipping and delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders within the European Union ship free, with tracking included, with no minimum order value. Orders to the rest of the world are €30 and free over €200. Australia, New Zealand, India and Vietnam are €50.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-wear orders are dispatched within one to five days of payment confirmation. Delivery within the European Union takes a further three to seven days. Outside the EU, up to five to eight days.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes outside the EU are the recipient's responsibility and are set by the destination country.
What is your returns policy?
Ready-to-wear gloves can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they show no signs of use. Contact us as soon as possible to arrange it. Custom-made orders cannot be returned.
Bespoke and custom orders
How long does a bespoke pair take?
Up to five days to make, depending on the model, plus delivery. Within the European Union, delivery takes a further three to seven days — so most bespoke orders arrive within about ten days of confirmation.
What can I customise?
Size, colour, leather, lining, stitching and piping. There are no fixed limits: if you can describe it, we can usually make it. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible before you order.
How much does a bespoke pair cost?
Custom men's driving gloves start at €110. The final price depends on the leather and the amount of hand-work involved — peccary and carpincho cost more than deerskin, and hand-sewn pairs more than machine-sewn. We will quote before you commit.
Can I return a custom pair?
No. Because bespoke gloves are made to your measurements and cannot be resold, custom orders are not returnable. This is why we would rather spend time on the measurements with you beforehand.
Materials
Which leather should I choose?
Deerskin for everyday wear and driving; lambskin for formal occasions; peccary or carpincho if you want the finest and rarest leathers available. Our leather guide explains the differences and why peccary and carpincho cost roughly twice as much.
Where does your leather come from?
Our deerskin comes from Finland, our nappa and lambskin from Italy, and our peccary from Peru. We buy each leather from the place that does it best.
Why is peccary so expensive?
Peccary comes from a wild animal under regulated harvest, so supply cannot be increased to meet demand. The hides are also small, meaning fewer gloves come from each one. It is scarcity, not branding.
Are your gloves lined?
Both lined and unlined pairs are available. Unlined gloves are for autumn, spring and mild winters, and give you the most feel at the wheel. Lined gloves are warmer and better suited to real cold. Tell us which you need.
Care
How do I care for leather gloves?
Wipe them with a damp cloth to remove dirt, and use a leather cleaner for anything deeper. Apply a leather conditioner every few months to keep them supple. Let wet gloves air-dry away from radiators and direct sun. Store them flat or gently rolled, in a cool, dry place.
Can I wash leather gloves?
No. Do not machine wash or soak leather gloves. Surface-clean them with a damp cloth and treat them with a leather conditioner instead.
What do I do if my gloves get wet?
Let them dry naturally at room temperature, away from radiators, hairdryers and direct sunlight. Heat makes leather stiff and brittle. Once dry, a little conditioner will restore the suppleness.

Where are your gloves made?
In our own workshop in Târgu Mureș, Transylvania, Romania — a region with a long tradition of glove-making. Over thirty people work there. Every pair is cut and finished by hand.
How long have you been making gloves?
Our family has been making gloves since 1925. Târgu Mureș was one of Romania's centres of glove production, and the craft has been passed down in our family since then.
Are your gloves really handmade?
Yes. Every pair is hand-cut and hand-finished. Our finest models are entirely hand-sewn, which takes up to eight hours per pair depending on the model.
