Free shipping across the European Union
All orders within the European Union ship free, with tracking included. No minimum order value.
Orders to the rest of the world are €30, and free on orders over €200. Australia, New Zealand, India and Vietnam are €50.
Delivery times
Packages are shipped within 1–5 days of payment confirmation. Deliveries within the European Union take around 3–7 days. Outside the EU, deliveries take up to 5–8 days.
Bespoke and made-to-measure orders take up to 5 days to make, plus delivery.
Customs and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Any customs fees are paid by the recipient on delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on custom-made orders. Because bespoke gloves are made to your measurements, they cannot be resold — which is why we take time over your measurements before making anything. If you are unsure of your size, ask us first.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can put it right.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bear in mind your bank or card company may take additional time to process it.
