Peccary lined with rabbit fur — the rarest glove leather and the warmest lining, in one pair. There is nothing above this in what we make.
Peccary comes from Peru, from the wild collared peccary. The animals are not farmed and export is quota-limited, so supply cannot be increased to meet demand. The hides are small too, meaning fewer gloves come from each one. That scarcity is the price, not a markup.
What you notice first is that it needs no breaking in. Peccary is extraordinarily soft from the very first wear, and it stays soft for years. The grain is unmistakable — hair follicles growing in groups of three, leaving a pitted texture no other leather has and no embossing convincingly imitates.
Rabbit fur inside handles the warmth and stays soft rather than matting down over a season. Each pair is hand-sewn in our workshop in Târgu Mureș, Transylvania — up to eight hours of work depending on the model.
Free shipping across the European Union, delivered in 3–7 days with tracking included. Outside the EU: €30, free over €200 — €50 to Australia, New Zealand, India and Vietnam. Customs duties may apply outside the EU.
We also make gloves in any size and colour, from any of our leathers. See our bespoke service or contact us to discuss it.
