Dark brown peccary, lined in cashmere. The warm version of our hand-sewn women's winter glove — for cold mornings, winter driving and the months when an unlined glove is not enough.

Why cashmere rather than fur: it adds warmth without adding thickness. A fur-lined glove is warmer still, but it puts distance between your hand and whatever you are holding. Cashmere keeps the glove slim enough that you can still work a steering wheel, a key, a car door. If you want maximum warmth and do not need that precision, our rabbit fur models go further.

The peccary itself is the reason to buy either. Ours comes from Peru — a wild hide from the family Tayassuidae, not pig or boar. It is soft from the first wear with no breaking-in period, and unusually it stays supple as the temperature drops, when most fine leathers stiffen. The grain gives it away: hair follicles growing in groups of three leave a pitted texture no other glove leather has.

Sizing: we allow for the lining in the cut, so lined and unlined gloves are the same size — take your usual size. Measure around your knuckles, excluding the thumb, and check the sizing chart.

Prefer it unlined? The same glove is available unlined — slimmer, more feel, better for milder weather.

Questions about this glove

Is a cashmere lining warm enough for winter?

For most European winters, yes. Cashmere keeps the glove slim enough to drive in; for hard frost, rabbit fur is the warmest sewn-in lining we offer, and shearling is the warmest glove we make.

What size should I take in a lined glove?

Your usual size. Lined and unlined gloves are cut to the same size; if you fall between two, write to us before ordering.

Can I order it in a different size or colour?

Yes. We make it to measure in any of our peccary shades: up to five days in the workshop and 8–12 days in total within the EU. Made-to-measure pairs cannot be returned; standard sizes can be returned within 30 days.

Free shipping is available for orders delivered in the European Union.

For orders outside the EU, fees are calculated at the checkout.

Packages are shipped within 1–5 days of payment confirmation. Deliveries within the European Union take around 3–7 days. Outside the EU, deliveries take up to 5–8 days.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Any applicable customs fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days after you receive your item. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at info@nmgloves.com first; items sent back without a prior request are not accepted. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If we made a mistake, we pay the cost of return shipping.

We don't accept returns for custom made orders.

Measure your dominant hand with a tape measure around the knuckles of your hand, without your thumb.

Important! Your hand must be in a half-bent position, like in the picture. You should not stretch the measuring tape, keep it in a loose fit around your knuckle.
