A carpincho leather palm with a crochet top — the warm-weather driving glove, made in several colours.
Carpincho comes from the capybara and carries a fine, evenly dotted grain. It is soft, pliable and notably good at grip, which is why it has a long history as a driving glove leather. It adapts to the hand rather than stretching out of shape. Like peccary it is a wild hide with limited supply, but less widely known — which makes it the quieter choice.
The palm holds the wheel and takes the wear; the crochet back lets air through, which is what makes this pair wearable on a long drive in the warm months.
Currently stocked in burgundy, green and brown. We can also make them in cognac, or in any other colour we can source.
Each pair is hand-cut and hand-sewn in our workshop in Târgu Mureș, Transylvania.

Free shipping is available for orders delivered in the European Union.
For orders outside the EU, fees are calculated at the checkout.
Packages are shipped within 1–5 days of payment confirmation. Deliveries within the European Union take around 3–7 days. Outside the EU, deliveries take up to 5–8 days.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Any applicable customs fees must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase, if the product doesn't show any signs of usage. Please contact us with your request as soon as possible.
We don't accept returns for custom made orders.
Measure your dominant hand with a tape measure around the knuckles of your hand, without your thumb.
Important! Your hand must be in a half-bent position, like in the picture. You should not stretch the measuring tape, keep it in a loose fit around your knuckle.
